- To start playing in our club, you must first register as a member of the club. Only adults (18+) can register after presenting valid identity documents.
- Participation in tournaments is only possible for people who have completed the registration process and met all formal requirements.
- Being late for the tournament is treated as a lack of respect for other players. In the event of a delay of more than 10 minutes, the player's deposit will be forfeited and non-refundable.
- A player may withdraw from the tournament without losing the deposit only due to force majeure or documented health contraindications.
- Each participant is obliged to familiarize themselves with the tournament rules in advance. Paying the fee and confirming participation is tantamount to accepting the rules of the game.
- Only Poker Ape Poker Club chips, available in our cashier, are used in the game. Using any other chips is strictly prohibited—if detected, such chips will be confiscated, and the player will be immediately removed from the tournament.
- It is forbidden to use electronic devices that may directly or indirectly affect the outcome of the game.
- Smoking at the gaming table is not allowed. The exception is designated smoking areas. In the event of damage to the table, the player is fully financially responsible for the repair.
- We expect every player to respect other participants and the club's administration. Any manifestations of aggression, vulgar language, raising one's voice, or physical contact will result in immediate removal from the club.
- Disputes during the game are resolved in the presence of representatives of the administration. Their decisions are final and not subject to further appeal.
- All poker tables are monitored by video cameras that record the course of the game to ensure fairness and safety.
- After discarding cards, it is forbidden to comment on or discuss their content with other players.
- Depending on the nature of the offense, the player may be punished: a verbal warning, immediate removal from the club, or—in the case of serious violations—reporting the matter to the appropriate services.
